Shipping policy

1. Shipping Within Germany

Shipping within Germany is usually carried out via DHL.

All shipments are insured and include tracking.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Estimated delivery time within Germany is typically 1–5 business days after dispatch of your item.

Express Shipping: Optional express shipping (next business day delivery) is available for €14.90. This option can be selected during checkout.


2. International Shipping

2.1 Shipping Carriers and Countries

International shipping is carried out depending on the destination country via DHL, DHL Express, or UPS.

All international shipments include tracking.

We ship worldwide, provided there are no legal or logistical restrictions in the destination country.


2.2 Delivery Times

Europe (EU, Switzerland, UK, Norway):
Standard: 3–7 business days
Express: 2–5 business days

USA, Canada:
Standard: 5–10 business days
Express: 2–5 business days

Other Countries (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Middle East):
Standard: 5–14 business days
Express: 3–7 business days

All delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, or force majeure may occur and are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Germany

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Optional express shipping: €14.90


3.2 International Shipping

Shipping costs may apply for international deliveries. Exact shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before completing your order.

Free shipping thresholds:

  • Europe (EU, Switzerland, UK, Norway, etc.): from €150 order value
  • USA: from €150 order value
  • Other countries: from €150 order value

Express shipping remains chargeable even if the free shipping threshold is reached.


4. Production Time and Processing

All production times refer to the completion of your item and are typically 1–3 business days.

For customized or personalized items (e.g. custom lengths, engravings, special configurations), processing time before shipping may vary, as these items are made to order. The estimated production time is specified on the respective product page.

Shipping takes place immediately after completion.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the shipment status online, provided the shipping carrier offers this service.


6. Import Duties, Customs, and Taxes (International Orders)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia), additional charges may apply, including:

  • Customs duties and import fees
  • Import VAT or sales tax
  • Handling fees by the shipping carrier or customs authorities

These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

We recommend checking applicable import regulations in your country before placing an order.

Within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes typically apply.


7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Shipments that are returned to us due to the following reasons may be reshipped upon request:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Refusal of acceptance by the recipient
  • Failure to collect the shipment (e.g. from customs, parcel shop, or post office)

Note: The cost of reshipping must be borne by the buyer.

In such cases, original shipping costs may also be non-refundable.


8. Transport Damage

If a package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

  • Documenting the damage with the delivery carrier (photos, written note upon delivery)
  • Contacting us immediately

Your statutory rights and entitlement to receive defect-free goods remain unaffected.

In the event of transport damage, we will work with you to find a quick and fair solution (e.g. repair, replacement, or refund).


9. Delivery Delays and Liability

We make every effort to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, stated delivery times are non-binding estimates.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, force majeure, shipping carrier delays, customs processing).

In the event of significant delays, we will inform you promptly.
