I stand behind my work 100%. That's why you receive a warranty on the functionality of all components. If anything goes wrong, I guarantee you a quick, straightforward solution and a free repair.

You can return all regular-priced items within 14 days.

Please note: Custom-made and personalised products, created specifically for you, cannot be returned. However, my warranty on all components still applies.

During the 14-day return period, please send the item back to me undamaged and in a timely manner – at your own expense and preferably with a tracking number so that we can track the return.

I will refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used for the order. I initiate the refund within 1–2 business days – depending on your bank or payment provider, the money will be back in your account either immediately or after a few days.
