Each item is individually crafted – fresh from the workshop and usually ready to ship within 1–3 business days.

Note: Custom orders may take slightly longer to produce. I’ll gladly let you know the current production time on request.

Fast & secure shipping with DHL & UPS.

Every item is insured and shipped with a tracking number. You will automatically receive it as soon as your package is on its way to you.

Delivery times:

• Germany: approx. 1–3 business days
• Europe: approx. 3–7 business days
• Worldwide: approx. 5–14 business days

Please note: For international shipments, customs clearance may extend the delivery time.

Plastic-free and stylishly packaged. Your order will arrive in sustainable, plastic-free packaging with a high-quality case – perfect for gifting or as stylish storage for your accessories.

Shipping is free throughout Germany. Express shipping is excluded.

Worldwide: For all other countries, we offer free shipping on orders of €150 or more. Express shipping rates will be displayed directly at checkout.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or handling fees, which are not included in the shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.

Your right of return

You can return all regular-priced items within 14 days.

Exception: Custom-made and personalised products are excluded from the right of return – they are covered by a warranty.

Refund: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days after the goods have been received.

Take a fabric strip, string or measuring tape and measure the desired length directly on your trousers – from the belt loop to the pocket where your wallet or keys will sit.

This lets you decide whether the chain should fit tightly, hang with a slight curve or have a more noticeable drape. The measured length is your total chain length.

Important Note

All length measurements in the shop are total lengths including clasps and connectors.
