Each item is individually crafted – fresh from the workshop and usually ready to ship within 1–3 business days.

Note: Custom orders may take slightly longer to produce. I’ll gladly let you know the current production time on request.

Fast and secure shipping with DHL & UPS

Every order is shipped fully insured and with tracking. As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard shipping

• Germany: approx. 1–5 business days
• European Union: approx. 3–7 business days
• Europe outside the EU: approx. 3–10 business days
• USA: approx. 5–12 business days
• Selected overseas destinations: approx. 5–14 business days

Express shipping

• Germany: approx. 1–2 business days
• Europe: approx. 2–5 business days
• USA and selected overseas destinations: approx. 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Customs clearance may delay deliveries to countries outside the European Union.

Carefully and beautifully packaged: Your order is shipped using packaging materials that are largely plastic-free and environmentally friendly. It also includes a high-quality presentation case—perfect as a gift or for safe storage.

Germany: Standard shipping is free. Express shipping costs €14.90.

International standard shipping:

• European Union: €9.90 – free for orders of €150 or more
• Europe outside the EU: €14.90 – free for orders of €150 or more
• Selected overseas destinations: €19.90 – free for orders of €150 or more
• USA: €24.90 – free for orders of €250 or more

Express shipping remains chargeable regardless of the order value. All available shipping options and their respective costs will be displayed at checkout.

Please note: Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient unless the checkout or order confirmation expressly states that they are already included.

Your right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for all regular items.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.

Refund: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days after we receive the returned goods.

Take a fabric strip, string or measuring tape and measure the desired length directly on your trousers – from the belt loop to the pocket where your wallet or keys will sit.

This lets you decide whether the chain should fit tightly, hang with a slight curve or have a more noticeable drape. The measured length is your total chain length.

Important Note

All length measurements in the shop are total lengths including clasps and connectors.
